Before Booking

​

• Fill out the inquiry form, and within a short while you'll receive an email containing availability, pricing, and the link to schedule your call, which is the next step

• At the time of your scheduled call, Rachel will call you and get to know your personalities, venue, preferences, and style.

• Each wedding is unique, so our services are all à la carte. Rachel will help answer questions as needed as you decide how many hours of coverage you need, how many photographers, and if you would like an engagement session or wedding videos.

 

Booking

• After your call, you will receive your proposal with an itemized list of your services, from which the deposit can be made to book your date. The contract will also be enclosed in the proposal, and can be easily signed online. Now you're booked!

• After booking you will receive a confirmation email going over what you can expect. You will also receive an email containing an informal "Get to Know You" questionnaire, and the email will have our answers to the same questions!

Planning

​

Within the first month after booking:​

• Schedule and begin planning the engagement session. Turnaround time for engagement photos is 2 weeks.

6 months from wedding:

• Wedding Day Details Questionnaire sent, this will be used to help Madison create the timeline of your wedding day.

• From here, we'll put together your Timeline and Details Sheet. Here's an example of what that looks like

• You'll be assigned to your photographer!

• Once photographer is assigned, they will reach out from her Adair email to introduce herself and provide more information

 

2 months from wedding:

• Timeline and Details sheet first draft is completed and sent to your planner or yourself for approval.

• Photographer plans meeting to go over Timeline and Details sheet, and to get to know the couple better, as well as getting to know their vision for their wedding photography, developing a plan of how to bridge the gap between their vision and their final product

 

3 weeks from wedding:

• We will send you a list of tips and tricks we have learned through our years of experience. We want your wedding day to be as stress free as possible!

 

1 week from wedding:

• Your photographer will reach out again just to confirm all details and to make sure we have everything ready for your big day!

 

**Please know that you will always have the ability to contact us at any time through Honeybook and Email. Madison will be available to all our couples for any questions that may come up at any point in your planning process. **

 

Your Wedding Day!

• On the day-of, you can expect us to be professional, upbeat and friendly. We'll be guiding as needed, but also capturing the in-between moments. We often like to stage a few photos for you that will have a dramatic, editorial feel (think: a statement print for your home) but the majority of the day will be artistically capturing you and your loved ones celebrating your new marriage!

 

​After Your Wedding

• After your wedding, your photos will be edited and delivered to you via an online gallery within six weeks of your wedding. 

• Here's an example of what a full, delivered gallery looks like!

• You'll be able to download your photos from your gallery site, share them to social, and the most important part: make prints for your home and create your heirloom album
