PHOTOGRAPHERS, PHILOSOPHY, AND PROCESS
Photography since 2002
Joyfully married since 2013
Mama since 2017
Adair's affectionate head photographer. Enjoying life with two sweet littles and one very quirky dachshund.
My passion is investing in couples (and laughing. There's a lot of laughing).
I believe in seeing life from the big perspective.
What's really important?
Family. Tradition. Memories. Legacy.
From that frame of mind, we're able to take ourselves less seriously and savor the small moments. This is the place from which my photography flows and flourishes.
Adair has three amazing female photographers who have worked extensively with Rachel. In this case, Rachel is still your point-person throughout the planning process, and does all of the editing for a consistent look. If you choose to book with an associate, you will be able to interview your photographer via phone or video call prior to booking, as well as phone calls during the planning process if desired
Great wedding photography is priceless.
It captures the essence of a couple.
Their love for each other and their family.
The moments with loved ones who may someday only be in photographs to show their children.
Sitting in your living room with friends months after your wedding, looking through your albums. Telling and hearing stories from your wedding day,
laughing and crying. That's when we've done our job
After our call, I'll send an online proposal containing the contract and invoice. Once you go over it, if you and your fiancé decide to move forward, you'll follow the system's prompts to electronically sign the contract and pay the
$500 deposit online to hold your date.
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email from me that lays out our next steps in planning. This will include things like planning your engagement session and filling out a
fun "Get to Know You" Questionnaire.
Six months from your wedding, I'll be sending another questionnaire. This one gives me all the wedding details!
From here, I'll put together your Timeline and Details Sheet.
Here's an example of what that looks like.
No need to worry about creating a timeline or photo shot list on your own, it's all done for you.
This sheet gets sent for your approval, and for you to send to your coordinator, family and bridal party before the big day.
The week before your wedding, I'll send an email with wedding day tips to keep in mind.
On the day-of, you can expect our team to be professional, upbeat and friendly. We'll be guiding as needed, but also capturing
the in-between moments. I often like to stage a few photos for you that will have a dramatic, editorial feel
(think: a statement print for your home) but the majority of the day will be artistically capturing
you and your loved ones celebrating your new marriage!
After your wedding, your photos will be edited by me, and delivered to you via
an online gallery within three weeks of your wedding.
Here's an example of what a full, delivered gallery looks like!
You'll be able to download your photos from your gallery site, share them to social, and the most
important part: make prints for your home and create your heirloom album.
